Experience-led guidance shaped by long-distance open water swimming

Jaime is a multi-time Ironman finisher with extensive experience across full-distance, Half-Iron, and Olympic-distance triathlon racing.

In recent years, she has shifted her focus to long-distance open water swimming. She has also raced multiple 5km swims, including a second-place finish at the Hallstättersee Swim Marathon.

Jaime holds Level 1 certifications with U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS) and the World Open Water Swimming Association (WOWSA), grounding her perspective in both formal training and lived experience.
